May Nguyen Vancouver
May was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon. She grew up vandalizing walls, which was how she initially developed her skills in illustration. When she learned to express her creativity in more acceptable mediums, she discovered her passion for advertising.
Upon completing high school, she moved to Vancouver to further her education and work in the marketing industry. She holds an Interdisciplinary Design Studies Certificate from Kwantlen University and a Marketing Management Diploma in Communications from BCIT.
Before completing BCIT in June 2011, May nailed an internship opportunity in Rethink’s account services. Soon after, she joined the agency full-time as the baby Rethinker. She's involved in a number of different accounts but most her daily work is on A&W.
When not in the office, May can often be found playing basketball, trying new food or improving her Rubik's cube time.
