Justin Li Vancouver
Justin’s first experience in the ad world involved asking a creative director what a portfolio was during an interview. It was awkward. So he moved to Montreal and worked a desk job during the day and worked on his portfolio at night. Justin eventually won a few prizes in an ad contest and landed copywriting spots at Cossette, bleublancrouge and Cloudraker before making the move to Vancouver to join Rethink in 2011.
His work has been recognized by the One Show, Tomorrow Awards, Marketing Awards, and the National Advertising Awards.
Outside of advertising, Justin's writing has appeared in Monocle magazine and the National Post. He has also developed creative projects for Onitsuka Tiger, Trek Bicycles USA and The Inoue Brothers.
