Allison Abernethy Vancouver
Allison graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor of arts, majoring in history. She also attended BCIT’s marketing communications program and holds a direct marketing certificate from the Canadian Marketing Association.
Allison joined Rethink in 2009 and works on the Sobeys business. She started her career in public relations in New York City. Since then, Allison has worked for Grey Vancouver and JWT Vancouver (formerly RMG Connect) on mass media and direct marketing campaigns for financial services, retail and not-for-profit clients. She has also worked in marketing client-side.
Allison is a pop-culture junkie. She has an Australian Terrier named Finn, who was once kicked out of his dog walking group for bad behaviour.
