Following last week’s promotions of Pema Hegan as the National Director of Strategy and Caleb Goodman as the Managing Director of the Toronto office – two staff in Toronto will have new roles.

Joel Arbez, has been promoted to Associate Creative Director. Arbez has worked at both of Rethink’s offices in Toronto and Vancouver. Previously, Arbez worked at WAX in Calgary. He will continue to lend his talents to clients such as Metro and guide our creative team.

Chantelle Brinkley, currently an Account Manager at the agency has been promoted to Account Director. Previously, Brinkley did stints at BBDO/Proximity and Cossette. Brinkley, who was recently recognized as Rethinker of the Month, will be continuing to work on Rickards, The Grid & Bell Canada accounts.
