The Pastry Training Centre of Vancouver is headed by Chef Marco Ropke, a third-generation pastry chef from Germany with over twenty-five years of experience as executive pastry and bakery chef at prestigious hotels in China, Japan and Canada.
Chef Ropke has taught pastry and baking at the Northwest Culinary Academy and the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, and brings his deep passion for the trade and strong teaching ethic to his instruction.
The Patry Training Centre of Vancouver offers classes in artisan bread baking, cake decoration, chocolate work, and pastry making. The centre also offers private group and corporate classes.
