We're looking for a junior broadcast producer. We need someone to help out with internal productions, radio commercials and talent tracking/negotiations. This job requires:
•Two to five years' experience as a producer
•Experience creating estimates, schedules and tracking budgets
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve
•Understanding of talent agreements and contracts and the ability to negotiate
•Team player who enjoys working with different personalities
•Experience with casting, prop/wardrobe sourcing and running small shoot
