We're looking for a Senior Strategist to join our growing Toronto office.
A bit about us: We take a different approach to strategy at Rethink. First of all, we don't lock strategists away in dark rooms to write briefs, we have them lead a strategic process that involves a diverse group of people including the creative team, account people and clients.
We don't just rely on the typical strategic toolkit either. We are just as likely to use semiotic analysis, social research or data crunching to generate our insights.
More than anything, we bring an open mind to the strategic process. Our client's customers are changing in fundamental ways. They are changing how they communicate and relate to each other, and how they relate to brands. So we are actively experimenting with new ways to understand them and to build brands that are relevant.
A bit about you: We're looking for someone with experience in diverse planning approaches, an open mind and an ambition to help to push this industry forward.
We believe great strategies are like great stories. We are looking for someone who can weave a great story in documents and live, in presentations.
