Jobs Junior Art Director

We're looking for a junior art director with 1 to 2 years of agency experience and a solid track record in digital and social media.  Just having nicely designed work is not enough-- we're looking for big ideas and strong conceptual thinking.  You'll also need to show us you know your way around more traditional media.
